Delivery

Every order is packed by hand. We confirm your order on WhatsApp and share delivery timing there.

Returns & exchange

If something is not right, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos, and we will help.

Privacy

We ask only for what we need to deliver your order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, the items you chose, your gift message, and your UPI reference (UTR) if you send one. If you write a review we keep your name, city and review.

This information is kept on Cloudflare's servers and is used only to confirm, pack and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell it and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your bag and saved items stay on your own device.

To see or delete your information, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Terms

Prices are in Indian rupees. An order is confirmed after we check your UPI payment. Photos are for guidance, and handmade or hand-packed items can vary slightly. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfil.
